Returns and exchanges

ALL returns and exchange REQUEST/CLAIMS must be made within 3 days of receipt of your order

We stand behind our products. If you’re not impressed within the first few days of purchase, we want to hear from you and learn why. We would be grateful if you would email us and tell our friendly Beauty Consultants about your experience.  Regrettably, all products purchased on sale and/or promotion will be final sales.  No returns/exchanges will be permitted.

To return or exchange an item, please:

  1. Request a Returns Merchandise Authorization through your Skintrium account. Remember that this must happen within 3 days of receiving your order.
  2. When you get the RMA number;
    • Write a note with your name, address and telephone number
    • Mail the product with the note back to:

  3. When we receive your return, we will reimburse your credit card for the purchase, less a 20% handling fee and the cost of shipping.
