INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Due to COVID-19, we are operating with certain shipping restrictions as a result of government containment measures and delivery may take longer than usual.

We aim to dispatch most orders within 1-4 business days..

We use UPS and FEDEX to ship to 170 countries around the world. USPS INTERNATIONAL Shipping is not recommended for use to most international countries except UNITED KINGDOM & CANADA only.

Shipping costs are calculated in real time at checkout. The exact cost will be provided to you prior to finalizing your order

Exchange Rates
Your order will be charged in US dollars. To see what the amount will be in your local currency, use the currency converter.

PO Boxes
We do not generally ship to PO boxes. Exceptions are made for US military APO addresses, and addresses in Bahrain, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates.

Duties and Taxes
Product prices shown do not include taxes. The duties and taxes for your shipment will be calculated at checkout, and depend on the country.

Duty PAID Countries
Most international destinations are shipped on a Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) basis. This means that you pay the tax in the purchase price. You will be able to see the accurate price for your order with shipping and duties after you select your country during the checkout.

Duty UNPAID Countries
Some countries are Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU). Taxes and duties will not be included in your purchase price. You will instead be invoiced for these duties by the shipper (almost always FEDEX) at the time of delivery. These duties will have to be paid to the shipper at delivery to release your order. We always double-check these orders before shipping, to make sure you are aware of the additional cost. We do not always know what the exact cost may be.
